Hellokea's Motivation
I was looking for tools to promote one of my products. Though it wasn't that hard to find tools for managing proper communication with product users', I found that my monthly bill exceeded my budget after subscribing to 3 helpdesk software. And, that's not it. When you are trying to build software yourself, and market all those products, it could be quite tiring for promoting products with different subscriptions scattered all over the internet. After a time, It was a bit hard to organize all those subscriptions, as some projects could be hardly used while others could even be a dead product. Hellokea was born exactly for the very same reasons.
