ABC's of DesignFeature
I've created the page for product #1: ABC's of Design.
I have created the pages and their meta tags: - home page - product catalog - freebies - sell on UIBoat
I created a Google Analytics account and inserted it in the header.
Created reusable components with JS: nav, footer, etc.
I've bought the domain and set it up with Github & Netlify.
I've done the UI design in Figma (my tool of choice). It'll be a black-and-white interface, with Space Grotesk as the only used typeface and lots of borders everywhere. I took inspiration from the neobrutalism design style that became popular this year.
UIBoat will be a platform where designers monetize their skills. There will be 2 sources of income that come from selling my own digital products + products created by other designers (a commission will be taken). The marketing will be done through, Twitter, newsletters, and blog posts. Later on, I'll also make accounts on Dribbble, Behance, and Instagram.
