After months of hard work behind the scenes we've finally pushed our app updateFeature
This has been some of the most challenging and difficult period for our small SaaS. We've made some massive changes to how our application works based on user feedback and what we think is the right thing to do. Essentially we've made some pretty big bets on focusing on the nuts and bolts of productivity and making that super transparent, scalable and simple. This means that our focus on the softer aspects of teamwork has taken a bit of a back seat. The changes we've made mean that we've focused on: 🏆Goals, 🙌Teams, and ⏱️Effort tracking. I'd be super happy to have any teams jump on and give us shot. We support a bunch of teams all over the globe, but we're always looking for more feedback! So it's been a while and we keep rolling out some intelligence on the platform. While we are looking to build a more contextual understanding of who is working on what, how, and with which teammates, we're also beefing up Dre. So Dre’s first big value add is to take various tasks that each team member is working on, both individually and together, and make sense of it all. Dre’s goal is to present each team member with a personalized summary of what's going on. Dre will prioritize information on a few factors that are key to each individual so that they can quickly understand where they can help out or add value.
We have started to layer in suggestions that augment individual and team effectiveness, improve well-being, productivity and performance. Dre will continually assess the progress of tasks for individuals, the collaboration between people, and opportunities for teammates to connect or help each other out. #dre #hrtech #collaboration #productivity #team
Today we go live with our series of engagement emails. These include a daily recap, mentions, and activities or comments. Feedback from our users has been that they don't want to miss a beat. So we wanted to make sure that they received the notifications about the activity they are involved in. Some people like the in-app notifications only so we also allow users to turn off email outreach as an option :)

Well we're finally at that point where we've rebuilt the whole ux and ui experience based on user metrics and feedback. Now we can start focusing on building in the intelligence and daily suggestions based on what happens within the team 🧠
Syncs just got a lot better! 🎉Feature
You can now break down your work into itemised task lists to have granular control and to enable better transparency within your team. Each item can have a status, which makes collaboration easy whether you are requesting feedback, highlighting a discussion, or want to raise a blocker. You can also mention and notify team members by typing @ and link Jira tickets via Jira integration by typing /jira. We also added a range of reactions available to celebrate the awesome work that is happening day in day out! 😀🙏🤯
Links and embeddingFeature
Quick and snappy release based on user feedback. Our links weren’t great 😥 Well, we got some feedback on them yesterday and it bothered us too. So from RIGHT NOW, you can copy and paste links directly into your daily syncs and what’s even cooler is that you can highlight text and paste your link embedding it directly behind that text. We dedicate this update to Phillip ✌️
Digging through UX and usage statsDesign
So we've looked at the user patterns and behavior on platform and usage. It's become really clear that our platform needs a single hook and spearhead from which everything starts. As a result, we're doing massive updates to how our "Daily Sync" experience works. It's meant to feel snappy, and quick and informs your team of what you're working on, where you might need help, or what discussions you'd like to have. The other parts of our toolbox need more onboarding so we're reworking how they're introduced to teams and how they're presented or their use is encouraged. We've also been addressing our messaging. Our key offering is about lightweight productivity tools that are wrapped into community building or engagement rituals that help the team become more effective. In other words: Productivity 🧰 + Engagement❤️🔥 = Performance Amplified ⚡ The expanded version of that: We believe that performance and engagement are symbiotic and we are building a single space orchestrated by a virtual culture champion where performance happens and teams feel emotionally invested.
Well we've been monitoring the usage and feature engagement on Mixpanel...there's a really clear winning feature and others that are getting limited use. We'll be focusing on: - Improving onboarding - Streamlining features - Building in a reminder and re-engagement loop for users
